About

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Paul E Skidmore III grew up in a close-knit family where sports, faith, and community played an important role in his early life. Alongside his younger sister, Paul spent much of his childhood playing sports, collecting cards, caring for family dogs, and spending time in his local community. Those experiences helped shape his competitive spirit, strong work ethic, and belief in continually becoming a better person.

Paul graduated from high school and attended college before continuing his education through professional training and hands-on experience. His career began in Tampa’s hospitality industry, where he spent nearly 15 years working as a bartender at establishments throughout the area. During the later years of his hospitality career, Paul began working in sales as a contractor. He initially gained experience in a call center before eventually branching out on his own and developing his skills in sales and account management.

Throughout his career, Paul has focused on the importance of product knowledge, responsiveness, and persistence. He believes successful sales professionals should understand the products they represent, remain accessible to their clients, and continuously educate themselves as technology and industries evolve.

Outside of work, Paul’s greatest priority is his family. He values quality time with his children and is committed to helping them grow into successful, responsible, and compassionate men. He volunteers at his children’s school and has dedicated time to learning more about autism to better understand and support his family.

Paul also enjoys collecting sports cards and sneakers and giving back to his community. Over the years, he has supported The Salvation Army, veterans’ causes, and families in need, particularly during the Christmas season. For Paul, personal success is ultimately about growth, family, service, and making a positive difference for the people around him.
